Booking Conditions & Cancellation Policy
Please note before booking that a 48 hour cancellation policy applies.
We will take a deposit of the first night's stay at the time of booking. Should you wish to cancel you may do so up to 48 hours before arrival. (and before 10am on that day). No fee will be charged.
Excluding Bank Holidays, Easter, Spring Bank Holiday, October Half Term, Twixmas and New Year when the cancellation period is 14 days, so if you wish to cancel you may do so 14 days before arrival or we will retain the first night's deposit.
Cancellations must be confirmed by email or in writing to us if you have booked directly with the hotel or if you have made a booking through a third party you most cancel through them.
If cancelled later, or we do not receive cancellation in writting, or in the case of no-show, the first night will be charged, unless you re-arrange for an alternative date for an equivalent stay at the time of cancelling.
We strongly recommend that you take out your own holiday insurance to cover you for cancellation, please contact us if you require any assistance.
