A stunning time of year

I cannot believe that we have had nearly three weeks of fantastic weather and it has covered the School holidays! Both Bank Holidays have been really busy and it has been great to see the Lakes bustling with people on holiday having a great time.
I have been out and about over the weekend after cooking a lunch for all the family using my new skills from the Nick Nearn's cookery school . The Bluebells are quite spectacular at the moment it really is an amazing sight. The views from the fells are so crystal clear and the greens are so vibrant it is such a wonderful time of the year.
