It seems that winter is slowly leaving us which is very welcome! We have been busy with more refurbishment and room 4 looks stunning, see the pics above.
My hairdresser Andrew Mattram will be on 'The Lakes' on ITV1 on the 31st January, so be sure to tune in and see it as he's quite a character! His salon is only 50 yards from the Lodge.
We have just discovered a family of otters living close by, under the main pier at Waterhead Bay by the the lake. Seems they have settled in for the last 3 weeks or so.
Lets all hope the daffodils won't be too far away and that we feel some warmth on our backs again!
